Nyn: The Shadow Soul (champion concept)
Nyn was once a sailor that went by a different name. His ship crashed into the shadow iles after losing its way and thresh harvested his soul. After many years Nyn's soul began to fade and one day, when Thresh was harvesting other souls, he escaped by attaching himself to the body of a dead sailor. He had no idea who he was and no desires in life so he set off to become a Champion in order to try and gain purpose again and perhaps try to learn of his previous life.
Nyn is a faceless human figure with assassin-like robes. He is black with a blue hue. He fights using a head metal crossbow with a bayonet attached. The only sounds he makes are strange hums.
auto attack range- 325 base AD- 55 AD gained per level- 2.5
Passive- Nyn's focus and dexterity allows him to auto-attack while moving. Additionally, his auto attacks do 10% more damage if he attacks a target within 150 units of himself (he uses the bayonet on his crossbow)
Q- Sweeping strike- 8/7/6/5/4 second cd- 50 mana- .5 second channel duration- 350 range- Nyn sweeps out in a wide area dealing 30/80/130/180/230 +(80% total AD) damage and slowing enemies by 25%/30%/35%/40%/45% for 2.5 seconds. The slow decays over the duration.
W- Power Shot- 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 second cd- 50 mana- Nyn's next auto attack gains 200 range and pierces through all enemies dealing 6%/7%/8%/9%/10% (+2%/2.5%/3%/3.5%/4% bonus AD) to all enemies. auto attacks lower the cooldown of this ability by 1 second (half against minions and monsters)
E- toggle- 10 second cooldown- Nyn changed between 'soul sap' and 'free soul' While 'soul sap' is active, Nyn gains 2% lifesteal when he auto attacks a target for 5 seconds. This effect stacks up to 2/3/4/5/6 times. While 'free soul' is active Nyn gains a 2% movement speed buff when he auto attacks a target for 5 seconds. This effect stacks up to 2/3/4/5/6 times.
R- Purpose.- passive- Nyn gains 75/175/275 auto attack range Active- Nyn enters a state of instability: for 10/12/14 seconds Nyn can toggle between his normal state and a hyper state. While in his hyper state he takes 50% reduced damage and has a 150% movementspeed buff, but cannot use any spells or auto attack (there is a 1 second cooldown delay between each toggle).
A range champion aimed toward top and perhaps mid lane. He is supposed to be less annoying than other ranged champions with his shorter range not allowing for as much poke but is able to stand toe-to-toe with melee bruisers thanks to his passive and Q. He scales into the late game as an extremely slippery dps dealer that "dances" around teamfights.
