New champion concept i found

I personally think this champion concept is a great idea, and i want to know your thoughts, i didnt make this so i dont take any credit however if this were to be a champion, i would think its an adc, and we havnt had an adc in a long time have we? Riot could and minor tweeks to it to make it Balanced if we//riot dont think it is already
