Skin Trading

I have found that many of my friends have gotten skin either from buying them or from mystery gifts that they did'y like. I have always thought that a player should be able to trade skins with each other or give them to other players for free if they choose. Riot won't lose money in the process because the skins that are being traded are already paid for when before they are traded.
