How about a skin for Ekko that every time he ults, he travels to a certain point in time and that changes his clothes and his gears. I think it would be lit af! Think about it 60's Ekko, throwing a Love&Peace simbol as his Q xD. Or a 1820's Ekko throwing a steam-punkish Q. Again, it would be lit af!!

FloRaider421 votesThe line between those two are really blurry as they are very similiar in terms of effects. I guess it would come down to how detailed (different lines and effects) and numerous those different time-period Ekkos are.
