Riot isn't going to comment on anything that comes from a "leak". Wether said leaks are true or not, they like any company, try to keep their information private until it is time to be revealed. It was said by a Rioter on twitter though that we would see some info on the prestige points system this week, so we will see soon enough if that was truly from GArena
