Niche: Zone control Juggernaut

Very Short Lore: Blacksmith that was killed in the ruination and now smiths the souls of the damned into chains as it is the only thing he can remember from before the ruination.

Passive: Unchained Once Vink enters combat with an enemy champion he creates a stationary [Cursed Zone] that lasts until he leaves the area or consumes all of his Ethereal Chains. Ethereal Chains are passively created every 5/4/3 seconds or any time Vink damages an enemy champion (0.5 second CD per target). Vink is healed for 4%/5%/6% of his missing health plus an additional 10/15/20 (+10% AP) whenever he consumes at least 1 Ethereal Chains. Ethereal Chains have a maximum creation range of 850 units from the edge of the [Cursed Zone], and cannot form within 75 units of each other.

Visual: Cursed Zone:blacken mist settled over an area with blotches of slow moving greens and blues moving over Ethereal Chains: transparent blue chains that fade to a green the older they grow

Q: Stranglehold Vink swings a chain in a target direction dealing 10/15/20/25/30 (+12% tAD)(+5% AP) physical damage. Vink will also grab up to 1/1/2/2/3 of his Ethereal Chains dealing bonus 45/65/85/105/125 (+36% tAD)(+15% AP) physical damage per Ethereal Chains and slowing targets hit by 30%/35%/40%/45%/50% decaying over 1.5 seconds. If only 1 target is hit by Stranglehold they are also pulled to Vink and dealt 30% increased damage.

Vink will grabs up to 2/3/4/5/6 of his Ethereal Chains that whirl after the original chain dealing 10/18/26/34/42 (+20% bAD)(+10% AP) bonus physical damage per Ethereal Chains, over 1.5 seconds.

E: Territory Vink materializes all nearby Ethereal Chains after a brief delay. Enemies inside of the Ethereal Chains when they are materialized are dealt 4%/5%/6%/7%/8% (+1.5% AP) Max HP Magic damage and are snared for 1.5 seconds.
