Something similar to remake??

I was thinking that maybe league can come up with something similar to remake but for people who leave the game later in the game(actually quits) ~10 minutes and beyond. And a way to detect this is maybe some sort of way to detect if the person we report is actually there, and if they respond to it then there is no afk. Just an idea since some people have to deal with unfair 4v5s that can happen later than 3 minutes into the game and are unable to remake.
