New champion?

So I was wondering, when do you guys think the next champion will or should be released? I didn't like neither of the champions that came out lately, mainly because I don't feel like they are different than others. Reksai already has teleport like ulti, so Tahm Kench seems so similar (although his ability to transfer another one with him aswell is amazing but still - it is a teleport). I think we need more new ultis rather than those that mimic what is already in game, like teleport , flash (Kassadin) or aoe zhonyas that Bard can do or Zilean like ult that Ekko has. What do you expect of new champions and how different they should be in terms of skills in comparison with what already exists in game?
