Request/Help: Can we somehow modify client side skins, to always appear as the default model?

Just like the title, I am wondering if it is possible to make it, so that for a champion, regardless of what skin the enemy, or even myself or a teammate played with, it would always appear as the default character model? I just finished playing a game where the skin my opponent used changed up their character, and spell animations to the point that i was being caught completely off guard, not to mention the spells themselves were much harder to see in the new form. Riot has claimed that the player should have system for clarity, yet they create skins that can make it much more difficult to read and understand what is happening, versus the default model. Riot has even banned out skins from tournament and LCS play, because of the potential for a loss in clarity for spectators. This is further complicated by the fact that people have different levels of vision. Some are colorblind, and some could have other defects.

Hopefully someone knows how to do this, if it's possible. Otherwise, this post would serve as a request to have such a feature implemented, perhaps a toggle switch in the options. Shoot, even if it couldn't be a toggle switch, I'd be willing to do some work in the file folders, and copy over the character models that have skins, with the default model, assuming their file setup even allows such a thing.

As it is, to a certain degree, people are able to modify the experience by paying money for skins, that gives them an advantage. It moves into the Pay 2 Win territory, that tarnishes competitive integrity. My idea would make it so people can still enjoy their skins or others skins, while giving the option to other players to not be burdened by cosmetic changes that start giving competitive advantages.

Thank you
