UI Customizations?

So League has been around a while and i was looking into some possible UI add-ons and didn't really find too much (i know the leaguecraft site is/was down(?) ) But that is beside the point i was actually thinking maybe Riot could implement something that let the players customize their HUD to something more personal like for say, I'm a Kindred main. i think it would be awesome to have a mini map or border to your champ info and what nots. would just be something cool to add. and i know they added the whole Champion icon updates with your skin. but a way to fully customize your HUD would be pretty sweet to add into the game itself
