Reworked Skins

So overall there has been some occasional problems with reworks. Let's use Fiora as an example. People almost unanimously agreed here new art was terrible though some like her new kit. I am one of these people. I found that they solved this problem in the Gangplank rework as you could get what was close to his old skin by playing him during the bilgewater event. So please give people who own the champion before the rework a skin of the old selves for both remembrance and those of use who prefer their old artwork even if we like the new skills.
