Gamemode idea

So this is an idea for a gamemode and its super simple. You can use it in 2 different ways.

1. every ult is an all map ult. So every ults range gets so long its allowed to over the entire map kinda like a jinx and ez ult.
2. every ability can be used over the entire map.

these are my ideas and i think they would be fun because they would be just as chaotic as urf. Hope this inspires someone. laterz
