The ideas of supporting positions should be more important in game. I think we should call it "watcher " or "watchman "

How about "The Abused" or "The Fall Guy" or "The Unrecognized" 😁

I think something less cliche and more robust, like....."General". YES, that!
Or maybe just "moving ward"
