Dragon Idea: Solar drake

Hi everyone, I create this discussion to talk about the idea I thought about a new drake. Thus, I thought about a solar drake which can increase a little bit the vision area one champion/ward had. In this way, the fog of war would become a little bit less important and can give to the team a nice buff without being OP and unbalanced. It's not and offensive or defensive buff, it's just a support buff but it helps a lot.

About the name, I would say that the sun allows us to watch through the shadow so, it makes sense.
