Judging for what Illaoi is saying (I am brazilian and I can understand what she is saying) it may be someone from 
's gang. It can even be her mother, considering that it's a mature female voice.
Judging by her quote she's probably a fighter... which I find sad because I've been waiting for a new mage all year :(
Judging by her attitude towards inflicting pain i would say she is probably not Demacian, she probably isn't Noxian because i feel she would be threatening to remove their head rather than break bones. Ima guess Piltover.
