Possible dodge system to make it less of a do/punish thing and more of a calculated decision
I honestly do not like the current dodge penalties, if you dodge twice then -15 LP and 30 min ban. In my opinion there is a much better way of doing this,
When you dodge you lose 9 LP, every time. Every player in that lobby then gets 1 LP as a way of saying "sorry that guy left, at least this wasn't a huge waste of your time" there just like that, people who get stuck in lobbies with toxic people can dodge, not lose a million LP or face bans, and if someone gets 20 dodges in a row and each one spent 2 mins in lobby, that is 20 LP for 40 mins, basically winning a game. Sure this will mean more dodges, but it also means that if you get zilean jungle, a fiora support or a rumble adc, you don't lose 60 LP and 3 hours of your life playing it out, or however much LP and time it would cost you to dodge that many games in a row (i don't know). And to prevent people who have 99 LP from trolling for that free 1 LP, anyone with 95 LP - 99LP does not get the 1 LP (sure this will hurt people who who would get it genuinely but i'd imagine that wouldn't be very common, and also it will prevent people from dodging for friends. Finally one last thing would be to put in a system that monitors how often people dodge in people's lobbies and if there are accounts that stand out as having more people dodge in their games, that goes through to figure out if they've been trolling their lobbies and revokes them their ability for the 1 lp/dodge benefit
Honestly i think this is the best way, it's not so punishing for having low elo trolls, it isn't possible to rank up by abusing this system (and in all realness i can't imagine people sitting at their computers for hours every day trying to get people to dodge every game) and i feel like it gives a decent reward to people who wasted their time in that lobby waiting for people. (Dodges for people in series should still count as a loss)
