Why are Low Elo players so self entitled

I know this is gonna sound like im some salty bronze/iron player but so many low elo players make it harder for each other to climb the ladder and its so annoying, like in lower elos we're told to mute your teammates and play the game but doing that only feeds into generating more solo players in solo/duo queue. You might ask how, well Pings only go so far as for communication and pings can get annoying because no matter how much u ping, you still get players that ignore ur calls. I often get games where my teammates arent aware of their surroundings and when i try and communicate to them whats going on they ignore pings and have me muted to they end up getting killed, tilted and then, as a jungler, blame me for the reason why theyre losing. So please help me understand why low elo players cant be just as good as higher elo players and understand the importance of team play and communication
