Roxelana- The Blood Matriarch
Within the Shadow Isles there is a decrepit castle. Within the decrepit castles lay the remains of a once proud family. Creatures of the nights. These creatures once held the forms of human to lure the local population in but their true power was in their real form. Tall creatures with grey cracked skin. Creatures of nightmare that fed on the flesh of anything with a heartbeat. However, they were not heartless. They often lived in peace with the people of the island. Under the leadership of the Patriarch of the family, they fed on wildlife. Then the Shadow Isles fell into darkness. The mist corrupted and killed many of the family. Those left fed on the corrupted flesh of what was left of the population. It drove them to madness, no longer able to distinguish between people and animals. Their bodies became closer to the mist with every meal they made of the creatures on the shadow isles. Except one. The Matriarch refused the flesh of anything from the accursed land. She fed only on travelers maintaining her pure body. Now, she comes to the land of Runeterra, seeking food for her broken family. Hoping to turn them back to the proud family they once were.

Passive 1: Hunger- Roxelana is resourceless and instead builds hunger stacks (up to 100) at a rate of 1/2/3 (lvls with ultimate) per second in combat (unlocked at lvl 6) Passive 2: Taste of Blood- Every time Roxelana saps health from an enemy she gains blood connection with them. This gives her vision of the target for 3 seconds.
Q. Sacred Blade/ Bloodied Whip- Like Jinx's Q this is a toggle ability between her two weapons, a jagged knife and a bloody whip. Cooldown:5- Sacred Blade- Every Third Basic Attack will slow by 20% and deal bonus 25/35/45/55/65 true damage Bloodied Whip Form- Gains Bonus attack range (340) but remains melee and gains bonus 10/15/20/25/30% attack speed
W. Blood Leash- (Can only be activated while in Bloodied Whip form) Throws Roxelana's Dagger at an enemy dealing an initial 60/90/120/150/180 +50% AD physical damage and then stealing 30 (+10 for every 2% of lifesteal) magic damage. (Skillshot) Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11
E. Backlash- (Can only be used while in Sacred Blade form) Fires out whip in a skillshot that deals 40/60/80/100/120 +25% AD and tethers Roxelana to her victim. After a .5 second delay the enemy will be thrown 500 units towards the cursor. Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10
R. Bloodfeast- At full stacks of hunger Roxelana will have a chance to activate her ultimate. After reaching max stacks and not activating her ultimate within 10 seconds, her hunger stacks will reset. If she chooses to activate she unleashes her true form turning into a giant grey horned creature with wings with a claws, a tail and a dragon like maw. This gives her basic attacks the both of the passives from her Q, and access to use both her W and E. (W animation while in ult looks is done by a spine shooting from Roxelana's back and E animation while in ult looks like her tail shoots out). Can reactivate her ult to fly to any opponent with a "Taste of Blood" passive on them dealing 100/200/300 (+100% AP) magic damage in an AOE and slowing all by 30%. Cooldown:130/115/100
Appearance: Long Black Hair, Dark Skin, Black Eyes, Red Robes, Jagged mean looking grey dagger and long whip with a blade on the end. Ult appearance is a large (think Sion big) gargoyle like creature. Grey Skin, Horns and animalistic maw. Long arms and claws. Whip like tail. heavy black spines on the back.
Im open to any suggestions for any lines for taunting, walking, attacking, jokes, ETC.
