Skin Concept - Lost in Time Ekko

Description - An Ekko skin that really plays on his time travel antics. Is actually four different skins that he changes between whenever he /joke's or uses his ult. The four skins he swaps between are as follows:

Caveman Ekko: Wears an animal-skin tunic. Replaces the clock hand with a dinosaur bone. His mohawk is replaced with wild, unkempt hair that goes all over the place. His q becomes a floating stone bola. His w becomes a thrown torch that leaves a firey glow instead of the time field. His e and ult remain relatively the same, but replaces the time-based particle effects with more cave-drawing styled ones. His quotes all become broken english.

Sir Ekko: Wears a full suit of armor. Replaces the clock hand with a sword. The mohawk is replaced with the classic knight helmet mohawk. His q becomes a circular shield. His w becomes a moat. His e and ult have magical-based particles. He speaks in overly dramatic medieval old english.

Ekko the Kid: Wears full cowboy attire, hat, boots, and all. The clock hand is replaced with a branding iron. His q turns into an eagle. His w turns into a lit stick of dynamite. His e and ult have thick black ink effects, almost like wanted poster ink. He speaks with obvious cowboy vernacular such as "tarnation" and "yee-haw".

Swashbuckler Ekko: Wears pirate garb such as a striped shirt and pirate hat. The clock hand becomes a cutlass. His q becomes a parrot. His w is replaced by a cannon that fires a cannonball toward the target area. His e and ult have gunpowder particle effects. He speaks in overly seaworthy speak.
