[CHAMPION CONCEPT] - LEIVI, THE MECHANIZED SONGSTRESS

Hey! Thanks for looking at my thing. So I've never done one of these, but day dream about original champions so I thought I'd give it a go!

Leivi(LUH-ehv-e) The Mechanized Songstress

Appearance Female, Humanoid (Vi/Karma ect). A young teen looking girl (i.e Jinx) with dark hair and a generally skinny build. She would wear something like googles on her head and she would be pretty covered up.

Lore As a young child, Leivi was left at the doorstep of a small orphanage in bandle city. She was raised for many years amongst other yordle orphans and adapted to their ways seamlessly. Despite this, she was very different from the rest, and would absorb knowledge at an alarmingly fast rate and crave higher learning. On many occasions, she would disappear for days on end, traveling to Zaun where she would secretly study the scientific advancements of the place, on often stealing blue prints from unsuspecting scientists, igniting her passion for inventing, but making her obsessed with creating the perfect weapon of mass destruction. After many years of experimenting, Leivi created B.A.S.S. The Bionic Amplifier of Supersonic Sounds. A device meant to turn the sound are her into an extremely deadly force of energy. She joined the league of legends with hopes of using the data she collects from different scenarios to help perfect her weapon.

Passive Evolving Neurons Leivi quickly adapts to her surroundings, taking 5% less damage from the last champion to deal damage to her equal to at least 10% of her current hp. This can stack up to three times, and at three stack she blocks 40% of all income damage 5 seconds before the buff disappears and goes on cooldown.

Q B.A.S.S Active: Leivi drops bass to the ground and it morphs into a board. She rides it, gaining movement speed overtime but silencing her self. Reactivating cause her to launch herself forward slamming down bass and rooting enemies hit for a short duration.

W Metronoise Passive: Every third consistent auto attack on a target gets Leivi into a rhythm, granting her a stack of Metronoise, causing her basic attacks to do bonus damage. This stacks up to 5 times Active: Leivi consumes her stacks of Metronoise and sends out a beam into a target direction, dealing bonus damage for each stack of Metronoise.

E Sis Boom Bah Active: Leivi sends out a high powered shot from B.A.S.S. into the ground creating a shock wave in a cone shape that knocks up enemies. She is rewarded 5% of her max manna back for each champion she hits.

R Cacophony Active: Leivi brings B.A.S.S. to its highest setting to see what will happen. She sends out an orb in a target direction. If it hits an enemy champion is begins to grow, slowing everyone inside. After 2 seconds, the orb implodes, silencing and damaging all that were trapped inside.
