Riot Plz Read (CONTEST IDEA)

Well I have an idea to get the community more involved into the game. The idea is where fans submit their ideas of skins and or champions and the fans will decide which ones will get made by voting up their favourite champ/skin. The top 10 skins and top 5 champs get made and everyone will submit their ideas and your fan base will grow even larger, trust me only few games have done this and the fans will really appreciate this. There are plenty of good ideas out there but riot looks the other way. And just think, if everyone likes this idea then Riot might actually do it, SO do you guys want something like this?!

1."Would take ages to make 5 new champions/10 skins that revolve around the wants of the people. This, unfortunately, would never work." ~Skins are easy to make and for the champs they can either make one for each update or release them all at once, its up to Riot

They couldn't do one each update." ~Thats because they have to come up with the champion idea, his moves, ect. But if the fan comes up with all the ideas,(like the example i put up there)all riot has to do is make it which could take about 2-3 months depends on how many people are working on it

3."Riot already uses fan skin ideas, so i don't really see a need to make a special contest for it. As for champions, i don't think there is any format that would work. The game is actually too large at this point, if they ever announced an event like this, they would be bombarded with over ten thousand entries, and even with community moderation there would not be a strong enough agreement among players to choose only 5 entries. And that would just be for the NA players, players worldwide would submit there ideas as well, which would eventually mean that only 1 or 2 ideas would be chosen from NA. In the end a small fraction of people would be happy that the idea that they made or wanted to be made got into the game, and the rest would be unhappy as the ideas that they made or wanted were left to rot." ~They hardly use skins that fans made, plus its a way to see what the community wants. Yes the community is big, but not all of them are artists with champion/skin ideas. Anyone could summit their idea no matter where they are from all riot has to do is set up a site where people could submit their ideas and the community votes for the ones that they want, the ideas with the highest votes get made. And plus if they were upset that the community did not like their idea, if riot does this yearly the could summit a new or old idea again.
