A good change to galio idea..

I tend to play Galio support, and he's not played very often... He might just need a small push to get him back into the fray more.. A perfect way to do this is make his E (Righteous Gust) Effect his opponents aswell... a perfect way to do this is while it still gives the slip stream effect to allies moving in the same direction, make opponents slow down when moving against it's path.. this would help tremendously with those nice engages where the enemy is coming in just too damn fast ^_^ cheers, hope this goes into effect.. i LOVE playing Galio...
