Hey , i am a poppy player and i want to ask riot if they can make poppy's "E"can be use on his passive shield , as kata's "E" can be use on knives , that would be a mobility up for poppy [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

But poppy is already sort of strong right now last I heard, why would they buff her?

He wants to be able to select the buckler laying on the ground as target for Poppys targeted dash on E.

Would make it easier to pick it up before the enemy is stepping on it and give Poppy a way to reposition herself in some cases.

I don't think she needs that buff though and it would actually contradict the counterplay for the passive.

I see. Well, even though I main Poppy I don't really think she a buff. If she gets any buff, it should probably just be to her passive shield's duration.
