Concept: Admiral Daxon, The sea Marshal
Daxon is a charismatic, dignified, navy Admiral, whose goal is to cleanse Bilgewater of its infamy, and to bring law and order to it's culture. He has a lasting rivalry with both Gangplank and Fortune(ye dis lore is WIP)
I imagine his look inspired by an old british sea captain uniform, a long, flamboyant coat with epaulettes, wearing a bicorne with a wig, and his weapon being a bayoneted musket. He mostly fights with the bayonet, and shoots the musket for his Q.

PASSIVE: ALL HANDS ON DECK|STATIC Cooldown: 50/35/20 upon taking damage equal to 30% of DAXON'S max hp within 5 seconds, DAXON gains 20%/30%/40% movement speed and attack speed for 3 seconds, his nearby allies also gain half of the movement speed bonus moving towards him during the duration
Q - SALVO|Cost:40 MANA|Range:625/250(AOE radius)|Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 raises his musket and shoots a bullet at target enemy that deals 10/30/50/70/90(+ 120% AD) physical damage to the target and nearby enemies(applies on hit effects), when the shot connects, it explodes and creates an aura of fire under the target, for 4 seconds in an area of 250, dealing 25/50/75/100/125(+60%/70%/80%/90%/100% AD) physical damage per half second
(to clarify, this ability works sort of like a gangplank Q that deals initial AOE damage to the target and surrounding units, then explodes into fire, sort of creating a morgana W under them!)
W - HOLD THE LINE|Cost:70/75/80/85/90 MANA|Cooldown: 21/19/17/15/13 DAXON channels for up to 3 seconds, he can still attack during the duration and reduces incoming damage by 20% as well, his movement is reduced by 50% during this time, unless moving towards enemy champions(in which case his MS is unaffected, similar to kled) when he finishes channeling, he and his nearby allies gain a shield for 2 seconds worth 15/25/35/55/65(+2% max health)+1% shield strength for each second channeled, the shield is halved for allies
E - AWEIGH|Cost:80 MANA|Range: 800/150(Anchor radius)|Cooldown: 15 drops an anchor at target location for 4 seconds, ,briefly slowing and pulling in nearby enemies on cast and dealing 11/12/13/14/15% of their max hp as magic damage(+1% for per 100 AP), the anchor grants 2/4/6/8/10(+0.5% max health) health regen to DAXON and nearby allies
R - GANGWAY|cost: 100 MANA|Range: 1200|Cooldown 100/90/80 DAXON charges to a target area, during which he can't be disabled, firing 3 waves of bullets in a cone in front of him over 2 seconds, dealing 100/150/200(+70% bonus AD) physical damage per wave
I feel like it's been a while since we've gotten a support fighter, with Shen, TK, Sion, and Nunu being pretty much our only ones in the game, I thought I'd try to think of someone that's a little more damage oriented. I wanted his playstyle to be a 'catch someone out then go ham' sort of deal to match his charismatic character, so I also made his ultimate super heroic! A good combo would be to try to engage with ult, try to anchor someone and Q, and from there tank with W. His passive also allows his teammates to followup on him. There also could be a huge range of items that could work on him! Black cleaver to shred with the Q burn, iceborn to keep them in the Q burn for longer, trinity for tons of damage, or even ravenous to give even more damage to his AOE on his Q! Anyways let me know what you guys think!
The damage numbers and stats are pretty much just placeholders btw, I think rito has some algorithm to figure out a champ's stats so I sort of just guessed tbh but ye some of the numbers might look wack.
