ultimate skin where?

It takes a very long time for Riot to choose which champion to make a ultimate skin for, combined with the time they would spend on brainstorming what that skin would be, how it would move, and the new animations for the abilities. Then there is the time it takes to make the skin, playtest it, fix various kinks and bugs in it. and finally place it in the game. However I do wish that they would release a new one soon.

Not 2014, that's where. This year we got Summoners Rift VU which took a lot of their art team and stuff so that was obviously a bigger priority to get that done then the next Ultimate skin. Maybe we'll see one next year.
