Take the Dementors archetype from Harry Potter and make Dementor Malzahar skin, for Halloween, for example!

I want a champion that can counter pulls by pulling the enemy to them instead of the other way around

An idea I've been playing around with for years now is a champ that has split ranges (i.e. able to attack up to 200 units and then again from 550-750).
