nascar singed ( I have an awesome idea)

I am a regular sing player and I know for a fact if anyone "likes to go fast" its singed. I want a sing skin where he wheres a checkered suit carries a the wheel of a car in front of him and has gas instead of poison cloud, but most importantly I want him to be like BRUM BRUM BRUM BRUM not like an actual engine sound like make believe him being a dorkus and making the car sound, also on his ult i want the 3,2,1 go and when he dies I want him to spin out of control
