Opheliz is a young hairdresser installed at Piltover. Little girl, she hated to cut his hair. But teasing from other children, they went as far as snatch them and burn them. So she learned to defend herself and used his long hair to his advantage.

In her hairdresser, the Sheriff Caitlyn; and the Agent Vi often were going to see her, to give them a dazzling hair. Only Vi really cared that she keeps a short hair.

Then one day, in her hairdressing salon, Jinx arrived ! Opheliz clicked to dye her hair in blue and gave her time to weave and perfect their braids. Jinx loved it ! To thank her, she went for, illegally, the "Cut-Cut" prototype in weapons laboratories of Piltover : a pair of scissors, taller than her !

Opheliz, skeptical, used it for the first time on the head of these clients and she was charmed ! When she known her favourites customers were going to the League of Legends, she inquired about the different entrants : and she saw Heimerdinger... This one, he MUST go in my hairdressing salon !

So, her saddlebag full of shampoos, and "Cut-Cut" in her hands, Opheliz was a part of the League of Legends to bring peace into haircuts.

Abilities

Passive: "Barber shop" Each basic attack, the gauge earns (10 units of hair) and her hair grows. Like any professional hairdresser, Opheliz needs tools to achieve a perfect haircut. She gets (+10% attack damage) given by the items.

Q: "Cutcut" Cost: None. CD: 10/10/7/7/5 seconds On next hit, Opheliz launch at the same time two basic attacks, reducing the armor of the enemy 5/10/10/15/15 for 3sec. She earns 5 units of hair.

W : "Shampoo" Cost: 20/20/40/40/50 units of hair. CD: 25/25/20/20/15 seconds. Range: 300. Effect zone : 200 Before cutting, passing through a shampoo is sometimes required. So Opheliz launches a shampoo bottle in a small area: Increase the speed of the allied and reduce those enemies(5% / 10% / 10% / 15% / 15% movement speed)

E: "Close-shaven" Cost: 20 units of hair. CD: 20/20/15/15/10 seconds. Range: 300 Sometimes you have to go fast, so Opheliz charge into a chosen direction, dealing 25/50/75/100/125 (+60% of attack damage) physical damage to through enemies.

R: "Shaved head" Cost: None. CD: 160/120/80 seconds. Range: 450 (targeted) Passive: The hair gauge is 125/175/250. Active: She uses her hair to catch an enemy, to immobilise him during 1 sec, to inflict a giant pair of scissors in his direction, imposing 200/300/400 (+ number of units of hair) physical damage. After her ult, her gauge will be empty.
