Possible theme for Illaoi and Kench?

So I thought I had a good idea the other day as I have been playing Illaoi a lot recently. My idea was a possible skin for her, something along the lines of River Priestess Illaoi or something like that? and since Kench is part of the river, he would go along great with this idea too. Way I pictured it, could use an Egyptian concept for them since the Egyptians relied on the river and a lot of their myths and legends involve rivers and such. I also know with Egyptians, west side of the river is for the living and east side of the river is for the dead. It might be vice versa. But what do you guys think?
