Filters for Team Recruitment board

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but here we go xD

I think it would be very beneficial to the competitive community to be able to have filters when looking at posts in the Team Recruitment board. We could filter posts by ranks of the person posting, ranks the post is targeted towards, role of person posting, roles the post is targeted towards, etc.

It feels like when using the general search in Team Recruitment the results aren't what I was looking for and I think this would be an easy fix to help people become easily involved in the competitive community by finding or being found by exactly what they're looking for.
