For the record, I'm gonna do this champion spotlight stylish.

Welcome to the Rahl champion spotlight, a champion that doesnt exist.

Rahl is a tanky fighter who thrives when in the very middle of a team fight. A said to be omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent man whose origins are unknown. Rahl's best stats are health, armor, and ability power. (Recommended items: Rod of Ages, Sunfire Cape, Zhonya's Hourglass) (Other good items: Abyssal Scepter, Liandry's Torment, Rylai's Crystal Scepter)

Now into Rahl's kit.

Rahl's passive is Preserved Power. Whenever a spell is cast near him, he gains a shield for a small percentage if his maximum health and a quick burst of movement speed. This makes him an excellent fighter in many situations, and is also useful to make escapes. This accounts for all spells; his own, allies', and enemies'.

Rahl's Q is Shifting Energies. After a brief delay for a fraction of a second, blinks to target nearby unit. If it is an enemy, he will deal magic damage to it as well. (Scales AP) Use this and your passive to make escapes from life-threatening situations, or use it to get yourself into the center of a fight.

Rahl's W is Release. Upon activation, Rahl releases powerful energies within himself, dealing magic damage to surrounding enemies. You and all allies hit by the release gain a buff that increases their overall damage slightly for a few seconds. (Obviously scales ap).

Rahl's E is Reversal. Upon activation, grants Rahl a spellshield that will block the next offensive enemy spell, or at least one instance of it. But that's not all. When a spell is blocked, a percent damage (damage only) that it were to have dealt to instead be dealt to the caster. The percent of the damage increases as you level this ability. If it is an ultimate ability, the damage is reduced slightly (the reduction is decreased by adding points to this skill). However, if the spell were not to deal damage and only apply a status effect (such as a fiddlesticks Q), then that status effect would instead just apply to the caster and all buffs that the ability would grant are given instead to Rahl. (Such as Being hit by a Lulu ult's knock up. You would gain the health, but it would be reduced).

Rahl's R is Balance of Power . Upon activation, you begin an up to 5 second channel. During this channel, you keep track of a percent (20/30/40%) of all damage dealt within a radius, which can be seen on an icon above the HUD. Upon reactivation or reaching the end of the channel, you unleash all of the energy, dealing magic damage equal to all of the damage kept track of to all enemies in the area.
