NEW CHAMPION IDEA- WHAT THE COMMUNITY WANTS!

So for a long time now a true witch champion has been mentioned here and there but nothing more has happened! It would be amazing if we got a REAL witch champion, with the nose and the hair/hat... I know that Lissandra is a witch but i mean a stereotypical witch as a champion! How awesome would that be :) Let her be from the voodoo lands and if you killed the voodoo lands off with annie, how about the serpentine river? Let her have a connection with swain/ lissandra? Her abilities could be curses with polymorphs, especially since only lulu has the ability...
