New champs

Thinking about a second two-set-champions: Empousa and Papyon. Empousa would change stats and skills (and apparence) when she is in jungle+bushes or lane+under towers or in river; and papyon would change stats and skills (and apparence) about his interactions with ally champs, ennemy champs or minions and jungle monsters. I've got an idea of the lore. Two subversive champs, one with skill shots shots (Empousa) the other with point and click and passive abilities. Would be soooo cool, is'nt it?

Riot is trying to remove point and click abilities as a major aspect of champion design and implement skills that are more interactive. That's not to say they're removing point and click entirely... but they are trying to make it less...one dimensional?...and give more incentive to decision making e.g. Lulu's is about deciding whether she wants to buff or debuff/apply damage. Vayne's naturally flow's with her auto attack focused playstyle and mechanics. So with new champs I'm not really sure how likely Riot would be in making entire kits revolve around point and click unless there's some different mechanics that incentivize decision making while also allowing for counterplay.

It is an interesting concept tho, develop it more and def put it on the boards, wanna see where you go with the concept [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
