Why many teemo skin removed?

why so many teemo skin removed like circus teemo and bumble bee teemo? they all look good, so why? why riot? why remove those teemo skins?

You can't remove what was never a thing.

The only Teemo skins that were ever removed were Recon Teemo and Happy Elf Teemo.
