lifesteal based ADC
High concept - Witch doctor shooting darts and stealing soul/essence
passive - lifesteal doesn't work normally for him
- each percent of lifesteal gives extra damage, life regen, movement speed
- auto attacks take a portion of enemy lifesteal/regen
QWE
- flurry - shoots out several auto attacks at once (skillshot)
- tracker - shoot an enemy with a tracking shot that lasts for 10-30 seconds
+ while being tracked enemy is visible to the champ(or team) and either
- takes extra damage when hit
- champ moves faster towards them
- or both
- dart grenade - throw a grenade filled with darts that shoot out in every direction each dealing auto attack damage, slowing, and applying his passive
+ if tracker is shot onto the grenade before it explodes all champions hit by the empowered grenade have the tracker debuff
R - essence hurricane - summon a hurricane that goes in a line and damages all enemies in the path
+ each level of essence hurricane allows for an ability to be used on it
- level 1 - flurry - you can target the hurricane with flurry to increase damage done and apply the passive
- level 2 - grenade - can throw the grenade in as well to add an extra aoe every few seconds greater than the size of the hurricane itself
- level 3 - tracker - can shoot the hurricane with the tracker or a tracker empowered grenade(doesnt do anything extra before now)
adds all the bonuses of the tracker into the hurricane as well
Everything that does auto attack damage also applies anything on hit Things that reduce healing will reduce the regen provided by the passive but not the damage/movement speed
