Riot what is the update with the champion "Kadarin"?

Wondering what do y'all have a plan for this champion. I could see the manaless adc working but instead of energy, could use rage. Maybe someone from the group that Aatrox is in. I would not put the reload like graves and jhin. Try working around with an adc using rage. I wouldn't say do something like Renekton orAatrox of course but hm. the champion could gain rage by using their abilites but to auto attack it would cost rage. but lets say their q is super low cd almost as an aa and the q would be great for forming and doesn't big power but good enough but maybe their aa is highly powered. Maybe the ult could have the rage stay at maximum and stay there letting the champion to aa untill ult is done. maybe 5 secs or 10secs before it goes on cooldown .

Long ago Riot has this contest where the player with most refers to League will have a shot at designing a champion with the designers at Riot.

I forgot who won but he gave away his prize to another player who was a cancer survivor I think.

This player had the idea to make a space cowboy/bounty Hunter. They got the character into the game and the player was able to play a prototype of it. But that is all there is to it.

The designer who worked has pitched the idea but there are no guarantees if it will actually be made.

Also the cowboy bounty Hunter thematic was sorta used on Jhin's release skin.
