Ward Skin Not loading (HeartSeeker Ward Skin)

So just recently i purchased and achieved the Heartseeker Ward skin, however it hasnt loaded and when i go into my items and skins and inventory it doesnt show it anywhere. Its like i purchased it nd it just disappeared and now I dont get it. This is very frusrating because I cant seem to find the correct tab in order to either activate it or use it or make it my new ward skin. there is no where for me to do this and I would really like some help on this matter. Thank you
