All for one or none for all (Aram love)

Ever get into an aram or event game mode and instantly go ahead and say "Skins plez"? We all do it and most of us don't do it because we are at freaking 60, 70, 80 RP and cannot buy it ourselves. What if, (and here's the butt clincher) WHAT IF someone could start it by putting in 10, 20, 30, etc.. amount of RP and an option popped up for the team where they could put in said amounts as well so that everyone could pay together to equal the amount needed. Those little amounts of RP would actually do something and one player wouldn't have to get butt hurt when his/her team turns out to be a bunch of feed lords. Now if the amount needed was not met by all the players or however many were to put in RP, the game would still start but like re-rolls being given back if someone left the lobby the RP amounts would not be taken from the players and the game would go on as normal.
