** STAR GUARDIAN SUGGESTIONS 2018 - TOP LANER / TANKS / JUNGLERS?**

First of all i want to say Star Guardians are probably Riot's best skin franchise, to me at least. They've done an amazing job and these threads are only created to help them in furthering their excellence with this franchise!

So, My main plea is that if Riot can provide us more tanks, top lane and jungle potential as Star Guardians, I think a lot of people would be really happy.

Before i give my list, i just want to say that I don't think we really need any more male star guardians. Ezreal being the only male in the group is fine, because it actually fits his character. The only two exceptions i'd even think about is Taric (Taric), and Rakan (Rakan) ONLY if Xayah (Xayah) gets one. Historically, they have to have the same skins - but i don't see that happening honestly.

Now, here is a list of potential candidates.

  1. Irelia (Irelia) - as the leader, color pink? (There's a link to the design concept attached created by xxsmell from twitter, found this amazing idea concept by Elinz's thread "Star Guardian Irelia (Skin Concept!)")
  2. Vi (Vi) - color blue?
  3. Caitlyn (Caitlyn) - color red ?
  4. Taliyah (Taliyah)) - color green ?
  5. Leona (Leona) - color purple?

All of these are very good selections to fit as Star Guardians due to their personalities, strong will, and the roles that Star Guardians actually need currently for 2018. (We have one current tank / top laner and that's Poppy (Poppy), so it's hard to make full star guardian teams).

Fan favorites and Runner up's are:

  1. Sona (Sona) - Everyone wants Sona, hell even i do! But is she really needed? We have 3 supports already. The only reason Leona (Leona) gets in the list is because she's a tank support, something kind of new.
  2. Zoe (Zoe) - We already have 3 potential mid lane Star Guardians, but I mean come on lol, Zoe has star guardian all over her face and personality.
  3. Nidalee (Nidalee) - Though she is a squishy jungler, she's still a jungler and her personality may fit in well as a Star Guardian.

Lastly, just out of curiosity and imagination, if there ever was a first star skin or character entity, it seemingly fits well to be AurelionSol (Aurelion Sol) Also, Star Guardian Urgot (Urgot) is just, No. Lol. Please No.

But let me know your thoughts and concerns, as i do think my list can be better fine tuned.

I really really love the SG content they make, and i really hope there will be a new team this year. Im sucker for mahou shoujo animes also. The champs i can think of is Irelia for the Purple one, since she is a mature character Nidalee for the Red one, maybe a legendary? And she not transforms to cat, she will replaced by her mini pet. Or i dunno. Caitlyn for the Yellow one, we didn't got a yellow star guardian yet, only orange, and i think on Caitlyn would fit. And also, for the lore this team is a rival for Lux's team, cause of this Jinx vs Cait thing. I would really like it. Zoe for the Blue one, i mean.. Yes. Zoe. STAR child. She NEEDS a Star Guardian skin. But Sadly, she got a PP skin announced, so if thease skins would come out this year.. well yep. :( And also, i think she would fit in the "rival" team, cause she is obbsesed with Ezreal. And in thease lore stuff Ezreal likes Lux, and othervise. I imagine her she wants to destroy their relationship stuff. I would really like that. And last, but not least, Sona for the Green one. In the SG lore the Green Star Guardians (Lulu,Soraka) are the pure cinnamon rolls, and i think Sona would fit perfectly.

+1 Instead of Zoe, i would also really like to see Vi as the Blue, cause she is a tough cool girl. Blue is for the "boyish" star guardians! <3

Leona definetely works. I am currently working on a Starguardian Fan concept for her based on Rose Quartz from Steven Universe.

I mean come on! Rose even had a pet lion....Leona? I can even imagine her recall with the lion warping in, she jumps on it and warps away. The fact that Leona had nothing lion themed in any way is a shame really.

Oh yes, ofc she would be pink, not yellow or orange again.

Vi just got a skin and so did xayah and rakan. Also there getting worlds skins this year. Tali needs a skin. Zoe has a skin announced.
Riv, sonya and leona would all be good candiates.

Ekko could be a good mid choice because they dont have an assassin yet. Or even yi could fit.

Ohh yes, i want Riven to have a SG skin, but why not Yasuo too? Make him like Tuxedo mask from Sailor Moon [slayer-jinx-wink]

How about Kindred its been A while that they got A skin and its A jungler they can make wolf like the overprotective sidekick (Like soraka her monkey thing sorry dont know the name) and shed have the same kinda personality as Janna (sorry for my english I suck at it)

I REALLY want a star guardian Annie And also Xayah Rakan Sona Orianna

Another idea I had was to have two SG teams with Leona and Diana as leaders, like, you know, Sun and Moon thing. Maybe a team of "fallen" star guardians led by Diana?
