Champion Concept "Vrax" - The Master of Teleportation

Welcome to my Champion Concept. I want to show you guys my Champion called "Vrax". First off all, I'm very sorry for my bad English, but I hope you understand me :)

Short lore: Vrax is a young scientist from Piltover, which mastered the technology of teleportation.

So let's start with his abilities!

Passive: Every Ability and Autoattack gives the enemy a Stack. When he has 4 stacks on the enemy, he slowed and Vrax get a bonus movement speed buff.

Q(Snagshot): Vrax throw a snag, the snag slows enemies and gives vision on them. When Vrax activate it, he can jump directly to the enemy. A little bit like Thresh ;)

W(Portal): Vrax places 2 portals on walls, skillshot can enter the portal and come out on the other one. Champions Can't enter the portal. For Every skillshot which enter the Portal he gets a 20hp shield for 8 seconds.

E(Groundsmash): Vrax makes a groundsmash and slows all enemies nearby. The damage is doubled to Monsters.

R(Teleportation): Vrax get vision on every enemy. His next Portal will be accessible for him and his allies (not for enemies).

The idea behind the champion! I want to show you the idea of the champion in a little gank scenario: Vrax places a portal in front of him and on the other side of the wall. He throws his Q Ability through the portal on an enemy and reactivate it. Then Vrax start slowing his enemy with his E and try to get his 4 stacks on his passive.
