Theoretical Xin Zhao Rework

Xin zhao was changed quite alot recently, buildwise and kit-wise. My theoretical rework is to make him an AD assassin or a bruiser. There is good balance (a bit of self harm and some outnumbered situation buffs). This will hopefully tone down the current on-hit xin build (yes, you know exactly what I'm talking about) to not change the game for other champions. I have not come up with scaling as I don't know what would be beneficial or not. I would LOVE you feedback and I apologise for the lack of format and errors.

passive:

For every enemy champion that has damaged Xin in the last 10 seconds, the more healing, movement speed, and attack speed he gets

q:

Xin's next attack will apply a mark on his target, can be popped by basic attacking them 2 more times or by using E or R on them and does %missing health damage

W:

Xin gets healed a flat amount (NO SCALING WITH AD OR AP) for every instance of damage he does on an enemy champion. When toggled, it costs a portion of current health per second for tenacity

E:

Xin dashes to a target enemy, slowing the both of them but less for Xin. The enemy has reduced MR/Armour for 3 seconds

R:

Xin sweeps around him with his spear, "cutting" enemies near him, causing them to bleed. If xin attacks them within the next 3 seconds, it will stun them

Thank you so much for any feedback you give and thank you for reading.

This is simultaneously good and bad. It takes essentially all of the CC out of Xin's kit, and that is very bad. Without the simple cc like the knockup on his Q, then his ganking power decreases drastically. The cc on his ult would be next to impossible to use in large teamfights, and so the purpose of his ult would change. He would also lose a lot of the team-fighting utility he currently has, and would be streamlined even more towards straight damage. The toggle on his W would be forgotten 90% of the time, and would have to be pretty steep to even be so useful as to be remembered. At which point it would be unbalanced. And the flat healing alone could make him very weak compared to now.

All of that said, I like the basic Idea. I think the idea of applying a mark with his Q is cool, and the possibility of him popping it with abilities as well as autos is cool. I think that changing his W is probably in order, especially after it's rework, and I think the idea of the delayed CC on the ult is an interesting idea. And, in general, I think you have a good grasp on Xin Zhao's identity. Even though I wouldn't want to play him with this kit, he would still seem like Xin Zhao.
