So we all know that Annie has a little sister named Daisy, and she fell in the river right? So how about to make her sister a champion too...for example : She didn't died, she got in a place where she got some cool powers, and she comes back to Annie?
She will have somebody too...like Kai'sa and Kassadin

MellowSlaya2 votesI don't think it's a good idea to give every champ a family member in the game. The death of her sister defines who Annie is. The idea of water and fire duo type of champs could work, but I don't think this will work out with her dead sister.

In the cinematic it only shows that she is getting away in the river and that's it, you don't die that fast in the river... She still thinks that her sister is dead, and if she could be a champion, Annie's power will be the same...
MellowSlaya1 votesIn the biography they say that the step mother blames Annie for the loss of her daughter: "Unused to the dangers of the untamed borderlands, Daisy’s playing ended in catastrophe for the family. Leanna, of course, blamed Annie for the loss of her daughter, focusing her rage and grief on her stepdaughter’s most prized possession: Tibbers." I agree with you thought, I would also like a champion with some sort of water or the opposite powers of another champion, but I don't think it will work out with Annie in particular.
