Update the Legacy Legendary skins.
I recently got a legacy legendary skin and it came out 7 years ago (TF) and it is the same as the original skin, please make them worth being Legendary.

Riot has never updated an older skin unless it's part of a rework. I don't think they've ever gone back to update a skin, and they probably never will.
I purchased this skin, The Magnificent Twisted Fate, when it came out and... it has not aged well at all. Back then skins were basically what we call Chromas today so a skin that changed the model was something else. Although even back then paying 1800 RP for a skin that basically only changed his character model slightly (his cape) and then the texture on his skin and his Q cards, was a high price for little effort. Nothing else was touched. Considering what work has been put into later skins makes me slightly bitter that it's just left as is.
But the same could be said for many other champions whose early skins are complete garbage compared to the level of today's skins.
