It needs to happen. Also, possibly remove shuriken from Zed's back as they're thrown, until the cd refreshes. Lastly, There are two shuriken, and shuriken rarely come in stacks of one...; how bout 2 charges on his Q? =D

P.S.  This should be a skin on par with Pulsefire, Dj, and Spirit Guard, and have a secret little touch from riot.
