I think a good zed skin idea would be noob saibot from mortal kombat 9. not only would it be making a reference but as of right now I can't think of any video game character or movie character that has a similar concept as those two.

a new skin is needed for zed too many people have shockblade zed so its quite boring. something similar to project yasuo would a great idea
