New game mode: "Twisted Fate Tactics"

I just had the brilliant idea of adding a game mode similar to URF, but for Teamfight Tactics. Simply due to the fact that a wide populous of the Teamfight Tactics community nicknames the mode "Twisted Fate Tatctics." Twisted fate has been a pillar of this community ever since the game released back in 1988. Twisted Fate has continually kept the young ones away from the devil's lettuce with his Anti-THC blue Card, his "Lit AF" red card, and gold card can act as an emergency pregnancy test. He also has a trench coat and a hat. Who else has a trench coat and hat? That's right. The undertaker, keep in mind that he is BAD ASS; need I say more? In this game mode everything will play out normally - BUT WAIT, THERES MORE. Every summoner will have their levels maxed out, but can only obtain champions from the carousel. Every champion in the carousel will be Twisted Fate with a Thief's Glove. The game mode will be entirely random and its up to you and your luck to help courage save his new home.

Edit: Basically if someone has thief's glove they can only have that one item because it spawns in 2 random items. Twisted Fate also chooses a random card as his ability. The entertainment value is that every match is random so you don't know who will win anyways.
