j100 high tech jarvan

let me start off by saying ive never played j4 in my life, im just a major tech nerd. i just played a game with j4 and an idea hit me, what if we made a j4 skin called j100. he could be super techy looking, along the lines of battlecast and project skins, but maybe more blue tron-ny(its a word) looking. the reason i came up with this idea should be apparent to anyone who understands how binary works. 100=4 in binary so heres the concept. staff= some sort of photon laser beam thing but not lightsaberish. his banner drop could be almost like a protoss pylon from startcraft. and his ult could be kind of like and unstable force field. im not hugely artistic otherwise id be drawing up concept art for this skin, but if you are feel free to post them here. edit: his staff could be something in between the gravity hammer and energy sword from the halo series.
