(Champion Concept) Colt - the gunslinger
Lore: Colt was a bounty hunter with a kind heart but a cold exterior. He went out of his way to help others but made sure they never knew, it seemed those that got to close to him always got hurt. One day while traveling the waste lands he met a girl that seemed out of place, she was wandering the baron land in a lab cote withought a water recycling system and was obviously lost. He offered his help and she gladly accepted. He led her back to town and didn't say a word. When she offered him a place to stay and a warm meal he almost refused, but just couldn't bring himself to. he was a man of few words but she talked enough for the two of them. He discovered she was there working on a project for a scientist. Dr. Xavier Rath had sent her out there to get volunteers for a experiment that had the potential of giving magical powers. Colt had always hated wizards and witches and refused her offer when it came up. Yet he found he had fallen for this girl and agreed to stay with her until she returned to conduct the experiment herself. When the time came he proposed and they became man and wife, on the same day of there marriage was her first procedure. When a courier came in place of her that night to deliver the message of her death due to an unfortunate accident, he rushed to the doctors office in a mad rage to confront Dr. Rath. The doctor pleaded for but a second to talk to Colt before he ended his life, and with the time Colt granted he explained what had happened. Apparently the man they had conducted the experiment on had thought that the procedure didn't work and became frustrated, he screamed and threatened to kill them all, than he vanished. As he teleported he sent out a blast that had killed 3 out his 5 assistants. Unfortunately the girl was one of them. Colt wanted with all his heart to blast this man head to smithereens but he knew it was only half his fault he also knew that the only way he could catch this man was with his help. He swalload his pride and asked the doctor for something to level the playing field between him and this twisted being. Rath answered with this "I will help you under one condition, you allow me to perform the procedure on you". Colt had nothing left to live for and agreed withought hesitation. He vowed after he had killed the man that killed his love he would kill all that used magic and that granted its power to others.
Description: He is a rugged western man that wears a cloak and filter over his face to catch the moisture from his breath and recycle it into drinking water in a small container on his waste, he carries 2 pistols but only uses one unless he needs the extra firepower his right pistol is the one he mainly uses as he is right handed, he wears a hat and cape practical walking boots and pants has ammunition stored in his belt
Abilities(I tried to avoid listing stats as they are practically meaningless in my opinion)
Passive: Quick on the draw converts bonus attack speed to cool down reduction
Q: Money Shot fired in a line, very thing, with a long animation, it only affects the first target, it hits doing pure damage and markes the target with "dead man walking"
W: Phantom Blow with his left hand he strikes the air with a powerful punch that is mirrored by magical energy on the target( a single target stun with long rang it has double the stun time on monsters and grants 10% lifesteal on them for the next 5 to 10 seconds i don't exactly know but a short time that will allow you to keep up with neutral damage)
E: Adrenaline a speed boost that decays over time
if the target is marked by "dead man walking" colt removes his second pistol and can fire at this target if it is in range while moving this effect lasts as long as the remainder of the mark
R: The Big Gun(names are hard to come up with) this is a little complicated so im sorry if it is confusing
Colt summons a massive rifle its so big he can only fire it while in a crouching position and still be accurate, if the ability is activated immediately (before the crouching animation is finished) it fires a flak shot(cone shape) that propels him backwards a little, does some damage, and slows enemies
If the animation finishes you have a few options as all your abilities Q,W,E are replaced( you cannot move while crouched) using one of the abilities will make Colt put away the weapon and it will go on cd based on which one is used
The Q is a powerful shot that ignores all armor and has massive range it scales off both ad and ap but it only scales off ad a little and ap alot its base damage withought modification probably wont exceed 300 and it would have a long cooldown. The shot would be fired instantly and the travel time would be almost instant maybe more than 1 sec at max range the CD is long on this one
The W has the same range stuns the target for a few seconds and does damage over time but nothing compared to the Q and has equal cd this is intended to be used as lane support this one damage only scales off ap
The E has 3 charges that function like akalis ulty charges and has less range than the other 2 ability's all it does is do you attack damage plus 25% armor ignore it also can scale with ap and does not put your ult on cd but does put your other ult ability's on a short-ish cd
Play Style: I am a huge fan of breaking the meta and I think play style variation is how to keep longevity in the fun aspect of the character This is why he should be portrayed as a ranged jungler but i think he should keep potential to go any lane
