Bring 2016 Katarina Back

Hi Riotgames, i love how much you have evolved since 27 oktober 2009, you have made some wounderful reworks and new characters but i think you have gone a little bit too far on Katarina and others when you decided to rework everythin on Katarina . I have been a player of your game for around 5-6 years and i have had my moments woth this champion, for an example i got my first PENTAKILL with her and i was really sad when you guys reworked her and basicaly made her into a whole new champion. I know that im not alone in this thoungt to change her back or at least a little thank you.

Just so you know, I used to main Kat, back in the day. And, IMO, what they did with her was honestly really good. She used to be a no skill champ, literally just a button masher, now shes a champion who requires setup, skill, game knowledge, and is rewarded highly by it. I also disagree with the statement "[they] rework everythin on Katarina". The passive is basically the same, The q is quite similar, it's still the good old bouncing blade, but now leads to setting up an after attack. The W is surprisingly similar, as the old one was just an instant slash everything around you, but now its a delayed slash everything around you, but it does more damage now. The E is exactly the same, except no ward hops, and the ult is exactly the same. So saying that they reworked everything, is really invalid. That being said, I understand where you are coming from, I don't like some changes they made to other champions. I just feel like the Kat one was justified, and Riot did not do an awful job on it.

The rework is great in my opinion. She is now a champion that is really difficult to play really well, especially after the multiple recent nerfs (keep in mind that getting minion aggro from Q, Q bounce, and E will make her laning phase "thrash level" again, so snowballing on her will be quite difficult again... The old one was a bit less so.

But thanks for sharing your opinion! I am sure you are "not alone", sucks for all of you because she will not get reverted.

Old kat might had bad laning phase but at least your combo was easy to dodge and when you get fed at least you know you will kill enemy squishy targets now they can just simply walk away from daggers you have to wait for dagget to land which in tf is terrible you will most likely die before you get any dmg off. Old was great for assassinating someone and not that clunky
