Trading Shards

Should Riot add a trading system with in League? I have found that many of the shards I have received so far haven't been exactly what I'm looking for and I don't want to just disenchant them. What if we could trade shards with friends but make it so one shard for one shard no just giving them away.

my friend and I had this same idea for a while now. its a complete waste of time for me to have a champion shard or skin shard that I will never use because I don't want to play said champion or I don't own the champion for said skin. or for that matter, I don't even desire the skin.
